You have up to 60 days from the shipment date to submit a claim for a lost package. This may result in a refund or a replacement, depending on stock availability.

Occasionally, carriers mark a package as delivered prematurely. This can happen up to 5 days before the actual delivery.

We can’t control shipping delays once an order leaves our headquarters. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get real-time updates. Also, incorrect addresses will cause delays at checkout. If your package is returned to us due to an issue, we will email you for clarification. If we don’t hear from you within 5 business days, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.
If the shipping service option you selected on checkout includes tracking, the tacking details will be emailed once your package is ready for shipment. If you can’t find the email, check your spam folder. It can take up to 3 days for the tracking link to update.
