Currency

All prices throughout our web store are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Yes, you can use international payment methods, but all transactions will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Your bank or payment provider will handle any necessary currency conversion.

Depending on your payment provider or bank, you might be charged additional fees for currency conversion. Please check with your financial institution for details.

Orders

Once you complete your order, the total amount is charged immediately. Some banks might show an authorization hold on your account for up to seven business days, depending on your card issuer. If the hold doesn’t drop after this period or if you believe there’s a billing error, feel free to contact us.

For any order that includes a pre-order item, the full amount will be charged at checkout. This guarantees that your pre-order is reserved.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update the shipping address, adjust the quantity, or cancel it. Just reach out to us as soon as possible! Please note that we can’t change sizes or swap items in your order. Once we receive your request, we will email you to confirm whether the changes can be made. Keep in mind that all orders are subject to our return and exchange policies unless otherwise stated in the product description or order confirmation.

If a particular size or color option isn’t available online, it means it’s not currently in stock.

Sales tax is automatically applied to all domestic orders, based on applicable tax laws in your Canadian province. Goods exported from Canada to the USA are considered zero-rated under Canadian tax laws, meaning they are taxed at a rate of 0%. No taxes are charged for international sales.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include photos. We need these to verify the issue and resolve it quickly. After reviewing your photos, we’ll send you a return label. Once we receive the item, we’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund if the item is out of stock.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for damages to items that have been worn, used, or washed.
  • Refunds and exchanges for damaged or incorrect items can only be processed within 60 days of receiving the order.

If your order is missing items, let us know right away so we can investigate and resolve it. We can only offer refunds or reship missing items if you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

We strive to accurately represent all products, but minor design changes might occur before shipping. If the item you receive looks significantly different from what was described, contact us and include photos. This will help us better understand the issue and assist you accordingly.

Returns

Yes, you can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in its original condition, and the packaging should not be opened.

If the reason is due to our mistake—like receiving an incorrect or defective item—we’ll cover the return shipping costs as well.

If you need to return an item, first please contact us at orders@obliveon.com with your order number and details about the issue. We’ll get back to you quickly with return instructions.

You can expect your refund within 3 weeks of returning the item. Please review the following time-line:

  • Shipping delays: 5 to 10 business days for the item to reach us.
  • Processing delays: 3 to 5 business days to process once received.
  • Refund delays: 5 to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
